1. Quality Control Wk

    产品质量工作

—    Participate in the weekly meetings参加团队会议

—    Confirm the details of the product befe production (version, weight, colour, fitness, surface…)产品生产确认（生产版本，产品重量，颜色，配合，表面…)

—    Product quality inspection in every two hours产线每2小时品质巡检控制

—    Evaluate the quality of the products  decide to use  not

评估产品质量并判断产品是否可采用或舍弃

—    Product packing inspection  release, to make sure the quality is stable  reliable

对包装后成品的检验控制,确保产品质量稳定,可靠

—    Training the sting staffs about the quality control对本班筛选员品质控制进行教导

—    Training & Check the status of SOP implementation培训并检查作业指导书的理解和落实状况

—    Setup QCC在本班组建立并开展品管圈活动

2. Further Duties

延伸职责

—    Statistic & analysis f the shift defects

    本班不良情况的统计分析

—    Make sure the wking area is clean  tidy

    保持工作区域整齐清洁的监督

—    Other tasks assigned by leader

    领导安排的其它任务

—    The job holder repts to Quality manager. He/She is part of the Quality Control team in rose plastic plant.

该职务担当人员向品管经理报告. 他/她是品质团队的一员.

Ÿ     Good international  communication skills, both verbal & written in English, MS-office

     英文说写能力，电脑使用操作能力

—     The job holder will wk by shift based on the situation in rose plastic plant.
