Principal Acabilities
    
1、优化生产工艺,设备和生产流程以提升效率；
  Optimize the production process equipment   production process to improve the efficiency
2、夹具，治具设计，管理和改善
   Fixture design, management  improvement
3、优化现有流程，确保达到OEE目标
   Optimize current process to ensure OEE target 
4、推动精益生产。提升生产效率，降低生产成本；
  Promote lean production. Improve production efficiency  reduce production cost
5、负责生产各工序IE及精益生产改善项目；负责生产各工序动作分析、布局； 
  Be responsible f the production of IE  lean production process improvement project responsible f the production of the action analysis, layout 
6、负责注塑，吹塑，组装，印刷工时测量、动作分析、生产线布局、
 Be responsible f injection，blow molding ,printing  assembling time measurement, motion analysis, production line layout, line balance, material stacking
7、人力产能分析及现场合理化改善；负责生产所需人员、机器的短、中期规划；
  The human capacity analysis  the rationalization of the scene to improve responsible f the production of the required personnel, the machines sht, medium-term planning
8、产能&品质提升,Cost control；负责产能分析及改进之方案设计，不断提高产能；
  Capacity  quality improvement, control Cost responsible f capacity analysis  improvement of the program design,  continuously improve production capacity
9、进行作业分析，努力提高工作效率，不断降低人工成本
  To carry out job analysis, to improve the wking efficiency,  continuously reduce lab costs

6、自动化相关专业，本科学历
   Bachel degree in automation  related field 
7、3年以上工业工程或自动化工作经验
   Me than 3 years wk experience in industrial engineering  automation 
8、CAD Office 软件操作熟练
