工作职责 Principal Acabilities
Customer Service Related:
1、Maintain rose shop on International Alibaba, responsible f partial sales
2、Input ders into Navision, friendly deal with all customer related issues, follow up der status & overdue payment
3、Set up new shops in different platfm, actual platfm need to be advised
4、Back up on current Internet sales if necessary
5、Receiving customer visits join visit customers in case of necessary
6、Implement & follow up the defined wking flows & fulfil the duties consistently.
1、Participant necessarily in online sales seminar, to learn me experiences knowledge , sharing with colleagues
2、Actively come up idea f online marketing campaign
3、Assist sales direct in collect sales data routine wk
